Commando Takedown Club

This program is a direct feeder program for the Hendersonville High School wrestling team.  Wrestlers from any local areas are welcome to join for a $50 membership fee that includes t-shirt, shorts, insurance, and membership card.  We focus on wrestling fundamentals all while having fun!

The season starts in early fall and last until January.  Practices are held twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Practice times are:

5:15 - 6:15pm for K-5th grades

6:15 - 7:30pm for 6th-8th grades
