Ralph Gabriel

Coach Gabe started his career at HHS in 2017 and this year, along with his Assistant Coaches, lead the HHS Varsity Team to 1st place in the District, 4th in Region 6AA, with two wrestlers advancing all the way to State!  

He was a former head coach at Overton High School for 27 years and won three state titles there.

Coach Gabe was named the South Eastern US Coach of the Year and a finalist for National Coach of the Year in 1997. 

His accomplishments include coaching a high school National Champion, 19 State Champions, 7 All-Americans, and numerous state place winners.

In 2013, Coach Cabe was inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame!
